Shahryar's history is an interesting one. He was born in Tehran, though actually raised in Europe. Even while still quite young Shahryar felt enthralled by the power of music, and by 11 he was playing and practicing the piano regularly (inspired by Persian stars like Fereidoon Forogi and Dariush).
