Peyman Montazemi moved to Belgium – Belgique at the age of nine and stayed there for a period of 16 years. He has been living in the United States for the past five and a half years: two and a half years in Virginia and the past three years in Los Angeles – California. Peyman was raised in a family where art has always been present. He started his musical journey at the age of seven by playing the classical piano with his dear instructor Mrs. Barkeshli from the Art University of Tehran.
