i never heard Melissa Theuriau herself talking about her Persian background but a very close friend of her has confirmed the rummer of her Iranian dad ..

her French name is Mélissa Theuriau but her persian name is Mitra or Metra Taheri

She was not born in Iran but her father has Iranian roots and she has only traveled to Iran once when she was only 3 years old.

Even if you look at the sources provided the wikipedia page even says Mélissa Theuriau. Oh well, anyways she is very pretty nonetheless.

Yes she is very beautiful but she is not iranian. Her real name is Mélissa Theuriau and she is French. But on a lot of Iranian websites they say her name is Mitra Taheri. I have no idea how this rumor started but yes she is French not Iranian.
